She continually studies the connection between nutrition and vitality. As a personal chef and educator, she assists her clients in creating more vibrant, balanced lifestyles through their food choices. She has a strong commitment to supporting small farms and sustainable agriculture and works with local farms to procure products of the highest quality to be used in her meal preparation. Her Master's degree in Special Education and her work as a teacher has led her to focus on childhood nutrition and to pursue whole food alternatives to the processed foods which are readily available. She works with young children and their families to implement dietary changes appropriate for a variety of issues ranging from allergies to autism.
