Create Your Own Class Online Class: Prescriptions for Nutritional Healing (through Holistic Online UniversityWednesdays, February 1 - March 7, 7:00 - 9:30 pm Each week, we will cover a different topic related to food and health. This 6-week course is a great primer for someone who wants to begin to eat better, but doesn't know where to start!! NOTE: Recordings will be available for those not able to make it the evening of the course. Cooking Class: Warming Winter Soups Sunday, January 29, 1:00 - 4:00 pm The weather has taken a turn! Join me on Sunday January 29th for a cooking class that will warm you up! We will discuss the importance of soups and demonstrate new and tasty soup recipes to keep your energy warm and steady these winter months. Menu includes (but is subject to slight change):

Plus, they'll learn how to be safe in the kitchen, how to use basic kitchen tools, how to follow directions and will develop an appreciation for family meal times.
