These foods are made with only the highest quality ingredients (from local farms whenever possible) and are prepared using time-honored traditional cooking techniques. Each item feeds 2-3 people. Food is ready for pick up or delivery on Tuesday afternoons. Please be sure to have your order in by noon on the Friday prior. Week of March 1 Soups: $12/Quart White Bean Soup with Kale and sausage Swiss chard, Parsley and Garlic Soup (made with Chicken Stock) Entrees Cod fish Cakes - Wild cod is paired with potato, parsley, parmesan and egg, made into cakes and gently pan fried. Served with sautéed green beans. $30 Moroccan spiced beef patties - In a broth with tomatoes and spinach. $30 Stir Fried Chicken - Seasoned chicken breast (shoyu, ginger, lime and orange) is stir fried with vegetables and served with rice. $30 Sides: $12 each Asian Coleslaw with Miso-Mustard dressing - Cabbage is combined with celery, red pepper, homemade mayonnaise, miso, mustard and a touch of honey. Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes Kale Salad - Kale is marinated in lemon juice and served with a mustard vianaigrette. Desserts So, who doesn't have a sweet tooth?? These desserts are made with natural sweetener such as honey, maple syrup and fruits- And, they are gluten free! So, go ahead and indulge!!
